Mcdonald's - Niles

I hate to say this because the staff was friendly, but I ordered a basic cheeseburger and fries and it was disappointing. The fries were cold and the sandwich was messy and chaotic. If I wasn't so exhausted, I would have asked for a replacement.

That must be the worst mcdonald. most time is wrong. only always avoid something with this place. update them 8 months later (not changed) so tonight my child is begging for mcdonalds. after I bumped through my order and took me into the window forever. they have an EMPTY-BOX from nuggets! and undercooked pommes. we will cut off a little business to less....and continue to give big business our money. such a scandal. boycott.

We have to order them a 1 star 2 of the same meal times and got only 1, of course we drove another 5 miles before we knew. well that I had ordered some nuggets or someone was just hungry with pommes!

The manager at this restaurant is rude and extremely unprofessional. I was overcharged and the issue was not resolved. The manager refused to provide information on their supervisor. I will never dine here again. They do not value their customers' time or the service. They are inconsistent and unreliable.

They should take milshakes and ice cream off the menu. The Milkshake and ice cream machine never works and they never listen to orders. They always leave something out or they don't put the proper toppings on the orders.
