Bistro by CBTL and here we are, yet again, in another CBTL branch but in Century Mall since we have an event happening near here, around a few hours. I ordered an Apricot Ceylon Iced Tea (which happens to be their Iced Tea of the day) and a chocolate banana muffin. Such a perfect match!
Breakfast sets are not bad, value for money is ok, as a foreigner the amount of food not really fit, it’s pretty small but since it’s cheap it’s understandabl. Interior it’s nice, peaceful and cool place to sit. If the coffee in the set would be changeable it would be better for me, since I prefer double espresso rather then brute coffee (I would have paying the difference but my request has been declined)
One of the best branches of CBTL. Cozy ambiance, spacious interior, and good service. Perfect for hanging out or studying. Must-try: Drinks -African Sunrise Tea Latte -Genmaicha Green Tea Pasta -Tomato Herb Linguine -Sardine Garlic Linguine Pastries -Bagel with cream cheese -Chicago cheesecake
Better choice when you want to chill and grab some sweets. Food 4. Yum Turtle Pie! Ambiance and Service 4. Not crowded and attentive servers.
We like hanging out in this branch when we are Century City Mall. It’s spacious, not crowded, not noisy, cool well airconditioned, and most of all it has its own (very big) comfort room (although still unisex and only one) so no need to leave the coffee shop to pee or wash your hands. I noticed that most Coffee Bean shops that are located in malls don’t have their own comfort rooms and instead customers use the ones provided by the mall like for example in Power Plant Mall and SM Aura and their 26th St. Bistro by CBTL in Shangri-La Plaza mall. And they close late too even long after the mall has closed!
