They refused to accept my stamp card after I had accumulated the required 10 stamps. I was told "not this time," which meant I would have to pay for 11 dinners instead of just 10. It was the rudeness of the staff that really bothered me. If this behavior is typical at Ichiban Buffet, I will not be returning. My wife and I used to dine there at least once a week, totaling about 104 dinners a year at approximately $10 each, which adds up to around $1,040 annually. But we won't be back if this kind of treatment continues.
Residents of Nicholasville, KY are likely familiar with the Chinese buffet. We took my friend’s father there for Father's Day, but unfortunately, we had an unexpected issue during our meal. After just a couple of bites, we decided to stop eating, yet the restaurant refused to comp the meal, offer any discounts, or even apologize for the situation. The only thing they provided was a stamp card for our next visit, which was not helpful at all. I no longer support this establishment, and I recommend that you consider doing the same.
