Tim Hortons - Niagara On The Lake

The restrooms were locked, the staff was unfriendly, and they seemed to only care about the drive-thru, completely overlooking the counter!

The highlight of my morning was definitely an employee named Fred. He is such a lovely and kind older gentleman, and Tim Hortons is fortunate to have someone like him on their team!

This is the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I placed a mobile order, but they were out of two very common items. They didn't apologize or offer any alternatives, and I had to ask for a replacement myself. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is astonishing. I submitted a formal complaint to Tim Hortons, but I never received a callback from the franchise owner, who really shouldn't be running a business.

This location is the worst Tim Hortons in the world. I have been three times and all three experiences were horrible. The food is terribl, and the staff is so rude and ignorant. I ordered my regular, a creamy chill and it was like they added some milk in a pile of sugar. Moreover the food is flavorless and bland. Overall a disaster, will never go here again! I advise everyone to skip this location and visit another Tims.

Regular Tim Hortons place, food was ok, no issues, staff was nice and fast to get our order. Tables were clean and spacious.Parking: small parking lot, I'd say around 20 spots. It was a bit busy when we went (sunday afternoon), probably because it was the weekend
