Fat Bastard Burrito - Niagara Falls

I love this place. They always have fresh food no matter what time you go. The employees are very friendly and always provide great service. The store is always clean. I would recommend everyone to go here and have a great time!

I visit the place on regular basis and love the chicken rice bowl. But when i went there for a take out one night, it was almost the time to close but they weren’t closed yet. The girl’s with specs) Indian) might be new) service was ridiculous. This is my first time that i had someone like her and she made my night worse. I paid for my food and when i told to do certain things in the rice bowl, it seemed like she just wanted to leave. If you are in a hurry just tell your customers that we are not gonna any more orders. I just don’t feel like eating that rice bowl anymore. It feels like i am not going to come here again. If you don’t like customer service just work in such a place. People like them would bring the company down. Worst worst worst experience ever at this location. : :

The only reason that I put 1 star is bc when you pay debit the machine shows off the tip option which the employee does not take so the tips go to the owner. Idk about this specific law but I believe it's unfair, why does the owner get the tip if he does not work and why does the machine show the tip option if nobody gets the tip? I think the customer has the right to know and should be illegal for the owner to take tips from the employee.
