Ugo (big Spring Deli) - Newville

The Guy didn't want to wait on us,I had to talk to him from one end of the store,he acted like he was needed else,we paid so much for food and we was not able to eat it,needless to say I give his store a -5

I just went in to get a couple of cans of chew, but the place was closed. I rode four miles out of town because Jaymee Lee's Quick Stop was closed, so I came here since the website said they were open until 10. It turns out they close at 9. They really need to update their website.

Love this place!! I buy my organic papers from here! The owners are awesome!! The service is better than previous ownership. Never had the food so I can't speak on it? Deli food doesn't appeal to me.

I wouldn't recommend wasting your time trying to call. I've attempted to place an order two weekends in a row, only to find out that the kitchen was closed. I won't be making that mistake again; there are plenty of other options that are actually open when they claim to be.

I ordered food about an hour ago, and it was really disappointing. My husband usually gets food from this place and enjoys it, but now he’s in the bathroom feeling unwell from what he ate. I tried one piece and couldn’t finish it. Even our kids refused to eat it.
