Great friendly service, interesting and uniquely adapted menu, not the usual same ole breakfast offering. Perfect portion size, excellent value for money and food quality. Great coffee too.

Came across this little restaurant by chance and went in. Best choice ever. Excellent service, great food. I chose the French toast - delicious. Mocha - the best I've ever had. My friends choice was delicious as well. Clean plates at end of the meal.

We found this place after exploring around Newtown. It is in a cul de sac behind the Newtown markets. We ordered Lamb falafel and roasted eggplant sandwiche for lunch. The lamb was tender and delicious with a roasted eggplant dip. The serving was small though. Not as huge as the breakfast dishes that were coming out. The roasted eggplant sandwiche is tasty but only a thin slice of eggplant! Location is great because located in a side street and away from busy foot traffic on King street. There is sidewalk seating. The cafe catches a nice afternoon breeze in spring to autumn. A sife street is next to the cafe with graffiti. The meals are pricey wrt the portions. The interior has plentiful natural light, hardwood floors and nice interior style.

I have been going to this place for 5 years on most Saturday mornings. Delicious food and fabulous service. Must try the mocha and potato stack. Generous portions and fresh ingredients.
