Chipotle Mexican Grill - NEWTOWN SQUARE

Easily the worst fast food experience i?ve ever had. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, cheese, salsa, beans, and steak. It was $16 dollars. I got $3 worth of food. Then my tacos looked like a blind person threw them together. AND they didn?t give me the guacamole i paid $5 for. Safe to say i will never order from this chipotle again. It?s an absolute disgrace. Don?t waste your time.

There are significant issues with the management and ownership of this restaurant. The staff seemed overworked and struggled to keep things running smoothly. My experience with online ordering was disappointing, but that wasn't the main issue. I did have to wait a bit longer than expected for my order, but it arrived within a reasonable timeframe. It’s clear that the workers are stretched too thin. The management needs to step up and take the necessary actions to improve the customer experience. No employee should have to work under such conditions, and based on other reviews, this has been a longstanding problem.

Terrible customer service. When you enter, no one greets you. It takes 20 minutes to get your food, even when there are hardly any customers. This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to.

When they first opened, it was fantastic. However, now this restaurant has become unacceptable. The food is often undercooked, and the food preparation areas are not clean. Chipotle is no longer a choice for me. Every time I eat here, I end up with an upset stomach. I genuinely hope they shut this place down before anyone gets seriously sick.

Just so bad that it should not even be called Chipotle. If the brand does not represent, no one cares about the point that it is almost passively aggressive towards paying customers. Eating is terrible, you do not know how to cook rice when that is what you do for a life, but they do consistently. This place should be shut down and closed like a radioactive disaster zone. Big, not clean, terrible people. Literally a negative advertisement for the brand. Keep it off or clean house literally and figurative because it is a dirty mess.
