Mcdonald's - Newton Grove

This must be the greatest joke of a place to eat that they have ever been. You can never get a job right, that's when you have what you ask. Very good. Then if u order over 2 sandwiches it takes 30 minutes to get them. If she hadn't given a star, she wouldn't have to give anything. Just a joke.

What a total cluster fork! I placed my order by number but she rings up the sandwich and drink individually and leaves out the fries. Then I get the sandwich and no drink. Once I get their attention it takes four people ten minutes to pour two drinks. People from the drive-through were coming into the store because of missing and wrong food items. The customer after me orders a coffee and gets handed a fountain drink. I've never before seen such mass incompetence.

The exterior looked very nice but I wasn't in the restaurant otherwise the food was of good quality. I just with they had a better type of ketchup.

I was in town visiting my father and I decided to get some dinner and breakfast here! A manager was on site helping his team out. Got my food at an adequate time. Restrooms and dining area was very clean! Fresh hot food! Only downside is that I don?t see a ServSafe certification and there sanitation rating was a 90.5.

I don't eat there myself, but my wife and kids eat there often and the Happy Meals seem to be good most of the time but the Big Macs and other burger's buns and meat were cold and hard. My wife's last order on 12/03/2016 was a Big Mac and the beef paddies were very dark and tuff. The french fries were raw and not cooked.
