That store has really turned around since that new manager showed up, her name was Miranda. Super kind woman! All of my food was made correct for the first time in a long time. The app said 13 mins, but it was ready by the time I got there. There was a line in the drive through but Miranda handled everyone with such grace and had a cool head the whole time. I've never had such great service at this location and had to share!! I hope to see more of her!
Food wasn't done till an hour after they said it would be done
How hard can this job be? Typical Newton Falls restaurants.
