フィードバックを提供するI was served raw food at this Wendy's, which was very unpleasant and disappointing. I hope the manager improves their quality control.
If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. first was the place rough. Eat and spilled drink all over the floor and no cleaner table for our group will be found. we had to clean up tables so we could sit down. second, not silver to eat our food?! and not mention a mention before we order that there is no?! when we went forward, the workers laughed and said oh yes, I'm sorry, you have to take it. Uh, okay, the people are going to eat in the rule at almost food because they are busy and we don't go home, so what do I do with eating for the next three hours in my car?! the frost was so full that they walk through the sides of the tassen laboriously, but there was no way to eat them without spoons. our whole party threw them away with the food we couldn't eat because we didn't want the mess in the vehicles. some of us keep our vehicles clean and do not want them covered with chocolate fair. We will never visit this place again when we are in the city. Go somewhere else!
This restaurant simply went through a remodel, but would have gone through a rehirn. in the 20 minutes we were there, the crew on the back was so loud and unprofessional. my children had to eat dinner while the “Fbomb was thrown about 7 times. I will not have been getting back
The first issue is that they never answer their phone. Secondly, they always get our order wrong. The food is okay but they need to improve their customer service and accuracy with orders.
First of all, I want to express my love for the Wendy's in Newton, KS. Josh, who I believe is the Shift Lead Manager, is an amazing individual who goes above and beyond. My younger brother, who works there and struggles with Autism, considers Josh his mentor. Whenever I visit Wendy's to check on my brother, Josh is the person I turn to for updates on how he is doing, as we take mental health very seriously. On July 3, 2022, around 4:00 pm, my brother was verbally abused by the new Assistant General Manager named Shakira (I am unsure of the spelling as she was not in uniform) for his difficulty in counting change. My brother's inability to count change is not his fault, and it led to him being upset and experiencing an episode. This behavior from the AGM enraged me, as I know the management at this Wendy's location is typically wonderful. I confronted Shakira at the store, and she denied mistreating my brother. This experience has made me hesitant to support this store unless action is taken. I have filed an incident report but am unable to contact HQ until after the July 4th holiday. I am deeply upset by the abuse of power and mistreatment of employees with disabilities. I hope to be contacted or have someone step in to address this issue. On a positive note, Josh, the Shift Lead, deserves recognition for the support he has provided to my brother. He is a phenomenal leader and his positivity and excellent customer service make the store worth recommending. This incident is the first of its kind in the 8 months my brother has worked there, and I have always been impressed with the crew. This situation has been heartbreaking for me, given my love for this store.
