フィードバックを提供するPeople who are busy there are very helpful for the customers.
I had a really good sandwich that I wanted. The people who made it did an excellent job.
When he asked what sides we wanted, I had to repeat myself because he didn’t verify that he had heard me correctly. This interaction felt quite frustrating, especially since he should have been paying more attention. I’ve had encounters with this employee before, and he has always seemed rude and impatient, particularly when I have to clarify my order due to his lack of attentiveness. In contrast, another staff member I encountered during a different visit had no trouble understanding my order and got everything right. Personally, I think the first employee should be let go, as his behavior is detrimental to the business and unnecessarily rude.
Do not go to this load, terrible service and rude people. go to the southwards if you need subway!
We had a really enjoyable experience at the restaurant. The two employees were in great spirits, joked with my wife and me, and made the wait for our sandwiches a pleasant one.
