Subway - Newton

The staff is not very friendly on the south subway with the exception of 1 person. The other two always look angry. The food was always good.

If you're searching for a Subway in this town, avoid the northern location and head to this one instead. It's the clear better choice. While the staff has had some ups and downs in the past, they're generally quite decent. I was particularly impressed by a young man working there recently. The store is clean, and the food is good. There were only a few occasional errors that prevented me from giving it a full five stars. If the employees maintain their high standard of service, I might reconsider my rating in the future.

I have had a great experience at our Subway restaurants, particularly the one located by Walmart on the south side of Newton, Kansas. They are accommodating when it comes to special requests on your sandwich, even if you’re using a coupon. I prefer to order my Subway melt without turkey and instead substitute it with ham. This seems simple enough, but at the north location, they always charge me for a ham and cheese sandwich with bacon instead of the Subway melt with turkey, which ends up being more expensive at my nearest location. So once again, thank you to the south side Subway! I love it when you make my sandwich just the way I like it.

I visited the south camp tonight, and it was fantastic! Although there was an apprentice, several staff members were guiding him effectively. The service was excellent. I know quality service from my experience as a former food service worker.
