フィードバックを提供するI really love this Wendy's location. The service is usually quite fast, and the food is really good. Occasionally, it can be a bit messy, but overall, I enjoy dining here.
The restaurant had to prepare my meal three times due to mistakes. While I appreciate their concern for speed, accuracy is just as important. If someone has an allergy and requests no pickles, for instance, I doubt speed will matter at that point. It's clear that, in the grand scheme of things, accuracy should take precedence over rapid service, especially considering the potential consequences of errors.
I received a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger that had old, burned fries instead of bacon. It took them about five minutes to bring me a new burger. I won't be returning to this location again.
I went to the dining room to place an order and waited for an order for more than 15 minutes all eight employees saw me waiting and when I asked the manager when she could take my order, she came with a snoring note that they only pay a commission at a time and when they finished packing the food for the previous customer, then she will take my order I will never be treated to pay back to them as a company
The inside dining was spacious and clean. I would have given 5 stars, but it appeared the manager (very friendly) and 2 other coworkers were doing all of the work while 4 others just stood around. Made for a longer wait.
