Wendy's - Newport News

I went out with my friends tonight in search of food to fill our barren stomachs. As we drove down Warwick we spotted the cutest little red head. Her name is Wendy?s. What I was expecting from Wendy?s was for me to come to the window and get my food. I never would have thought I would have such a splendid time in a drive thru. The beautiful women Jasmine and Kim greeted us at the window. They are among the most hard working and high spirit employees that I have seen in my day. I am now and will forever be a Wendy?s man. Cactus Jack who?

This Wendy's exceeded my expectations when it came to the drive through experience. The staff were friendly and they could hear me clearly through the speaker. They double checked to make sure I got the right order which I wish more places did. Overall a great experience.

Pass slow. The lobby close. It took forever to place and get my order. Then no napkins and had to ask for a straw. Need training from chic fi la. It will be a while before I return. Very poor service.

I just got a baked potato from this location and there is a rock in it. Literally a pebble from on the ground. It almost broke my boss's tooth.

I have a few salads. one was good, but the other they forget the main ingredient guacamole. they offered me a free one at my next visit.
