The workers were surprisingly very nice. Fast food workers are usually mean but they were great and the food was fresh.

I went here to pick up a DoorDash order and I mispronounced the name for the person I was picking up for. Well I guess it made everyone in there think I was racist for mispronouncing a name. It was spelled Zikya. Which I guess it was meant to be said like Zakiya. As soon as I mispronounced it the guy on the intercoms demeanor completely changed and he corrected me in a very rude way. I get to the window and I can hear all of them talking about me. I left with the order and then I got a request for another pickup, it turned out to be at Checkers again so I had to go back after that altercation and the man was even more rude than before. I genuinely made a mistake mispronouncing a name. Their actions were very childish, and the people in there were an older crowd so you’d think they’d know better, but hey I guess that’s why they work at Checkers.

I absolutely love Rally's they used to have locations in San Antonio. It's been so many years since I've had it, and it still tastes so good. I would love them to come back to Texas, more specifically San Antonio or even Austin.

I'm note going to rate this location, I will say considering the location (denbigh) I got exactly what I was supposed to get. Ghetto ghetto and more ghetto. I went late around 11:30pm I know if I go into details some ppl may loose those job. Or may not. This place was terrible, I wish I was a secret shopper so I could do something about the service I experienced. Please stop telling ppl to get their ketchup from McDonald's. Oh and make sure to turn your microphone off your talking about customers when your in drive the drive through, we heard the whole conversation.

Rally's food service is very good. Workers are a real joy...thank you Yvonne ???
