Called to placed an order, lady was so rude and did not helped at all. She sighed when i asked her a question and told me to figure it out and call back. Worst customer service!

I called at 9:16pm to place an order. She took my order but said they close at 9:30. I said, ok, I’ll be there in 10 minutes. When I got to the restaurant, my food was not ready and it was obvious they were not preparing anything. The man gave me my total and I asked if the food was as ready. He said it is almost ready, which as obviously not true. Then the lady (who I assumed took my order) said they close at 9:30. I said but you took my order. She said some people don’t pick up their orders. I asked, so you took my order but you were not going to start it until i arrived and she said yes. I told them I did not want it at this point. Please tell me the purpose of calling in an order of you still have to wait for them to start cooking it when you get there??

For a small hole in the wall for spot, this place was busy! Great prices and decent food. I definitely will use this place as my go to for my Chinese food craving

Whenever I order what I’m looking for, I never have a problem with the items not being hot and ready. I love you know their style of cooking and will patronize them as long as I’m here in Newport News. Dietary restrictions: You can request no shrimp ? no veggies ? some they accommodate
