Shor American Seafood Grill Hyatt Regency Newport Beach

The food and service at this outdoor seating area restaurant was excellent. The location is not so great as it overlooks the entrance way to the hotel

Lovely Outdoor setting, broad menu but slightly expensive as hotels tend to be, varied cuisine presentations

It took an hour to get our food, the steak was inedible, chicken was way too salty, the alcohol was very small and gross for the enormous price, never refilled our water until we were about to leave, the fries tasted like they ordered them from Jack in the box and re microwaved them, the place is called seafood grill but NO SEAFOOD!?!?!? I think the only thing they had was pan seared salmon. PBJ cocktail was just Jack with a grape in it! People were nice just useless. Saw two people only times the whole meal. Don’t sit outside if you want to actually get service. Potatoes were FLAVORLESS I needed to put salt on them because they had nooo flavor

We had a nice experience with our group of The waiter was attentive and answered any questions we had about the menu. The ambience was great! Food was delicious as well! We’d recommend the salmon, nicely cooked and great flavor

We were staying at the hotel and decided to try SHOR for Easter brunch. We throughly enjoyed the food and our great table outside. Service was very good and the price was right. In fact I would come back to eat even if I wasn't staying there
