フィードバックを提供するBad customer service. The people were very rude to me. The guy didn?t greet me, didn?t even acknowledge my existence as i said thank you have a nice day. Drink was chunky and still had powder in it. i ordered a drink that has no fruit but somehow therewas fruit chunks in it. overall worst experience i?ve had at jamba.
The person did everything. She was very nice but rushed. She had to take orders, make the drinks, clean up and serve. She was alone. They need more people. Be prepared to wait.
This location has really poor customer service. I'm currently staying at a hotel nearby and walked in, patiently waiting for four guys to finish their transactions. When it was finally my turn, the young man behind the counter was unfriendly and didn’t follow my instructions regarding a substitution. He didn’t even tell me my total, and we sat in silence until I realized it was time to pay. When I mentioned that my drink was incorrect, he remade it but handed the messed-up drink to the guys who ordered before me, along with a complimentary drink. It felt intentional, as they seemed to be friends. If anyone should have received a free drink, it should have been me. He only offered it to them because of their friendship. This area has a very prejudiced atmosphere, which is disheartening for visitors. My getaway from Texas back to my home state has been awful, and this restaurant has definitely made it onto my list of negative experiences during my 6-day stay here, particularly when it comes to customer service.
The smoothies here are consistently excellent, and they offer soy protein, which is a great option for those who are dairy-free. This location also boasts plenty of outdoor seating.
The staff here were incredibly friendly, and the shake I had was excellent!
