フィードバックを提供するI ordered an unsweet tea lemonade in the drive-through. They gave me an unsweet tea. So I went in and explained what happened so I could get my correct order. My order was fixed, I said thank you mistakes happen and then she told me that the unsweet tea that was the wrong order (that I placed on the counter) could not be on the counter. I said well, you can throw it away for me can 't you . And she rudely said no I cannot , and walked off. So I guess they would rather have me take a large unsweet tea and throw it away in the trash can so when their employees empty the trash it leaks all over the place. I didn 't want to make it difficult for other employees there, so I just took it with me. This girl should not be allowed to work in customer service. She was very cool and very rude. I have 2 relatives that are managers at a McDonald 's and I know what the criteria is for how you are suppose to act with customers. She did not meet any of the criteria. Some employees at this McDonald 's obviously have issues with how they treat their customers. A dear elderly and disabled friend of mine (who uses a walker) asked for a straw at the counter one day and was told she had to get it herself. Since when do we treat elderly disabled people this way? How hard would it have been to hand an 80 year old woman a straw? Have people forgotten human kindness? It 's quite obvious that some of these people need to get further training in customer service or they need to find a new job. Service: 1
Took three people who were behind me in another drive thru lane before taking my order. I went to Dunkin instead. Service: 1

The doors were locked before closing time. So I called. An Micheal answered saying that they were very short staffed. Which I can understand. But maybe try putting signs up on the doors so people know why they’re locked, an so they can immediately go up to the drive thru. Placed my order they lane 1 , that was decently, I ordered a triple cheese burger with no onion (onion allergey), which she immediately communicated whilest taking my order, which was nose to hear it was actually being communicated to the kitchen. An I also ordered a 10 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce. A was told to go up to the second window to pay . My order was not repeated back to me , which it was just a small order. But still important regardless. I pulled up to the window , my order wasn’t repeated to me to verify. I pulled out my triple cheese , an it was greasey, soggy, very slop-ply put together, it was staggered when I pulled it out of the rapper. A the meat tasted old. Didn’t even finish my burger. I don't typically go to McDonald's because. The lines are always very long and junk food is bad for you, but I was I had a deadline to get to and the lines were not that long that day.
