For instance, the house iced tea was overly strong and not enjoyable; our kids each ordered their own and could barely take a sip. I also tried it, and it was simply unpalatable. The chicken strips and sandwiches were overcooked, resulting in a burnt flour taste on the coating. The dredging was quite thick, so when it gets over-fried, it easily picks up that burnt flavor. The coleslaw was too salty, and the fries lacked any seasoning—though that might have been intentional, so I'll give them a pass on that. The roasted Brussels sprouts were probably the best dish we had. While we didn't finish all the food, the staff were gracious enough to take away our uneaten items. I would rate this place 3 stars, but I'm confident they could earn 4 stars on a better day. If you enjoy this type of cuisine, it could be a good match for you.

I had a fantastic lunch with my son. The atmosphere was vibrant and enjoyable. We received a warm welcome upon entering and were seated at a wonderful table. Our server, Lyris, was outstanding. The food was delicious; my son even declared he wouldn't eat a chicken sandwich again! A special thanks to Carol, who made our visit memorable. We will definitely be returning.

We were craving fried Korean chicken, but couldn't find any nearby, so we decided to give this place a try, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Fortunately, we didn't have to wait long, and the chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. The portion size was generous, leaving us unable to finish it all. The service was also great. We'll definitely return!

Excellent time in the Union. Enter the Small Cool Market in the Mall, there are various restaurants, bakeries to choose from. Union was my choice for the day I believed a juicy crispy chicken. They delivered! Very satisfactory and will be back again.

So good the Nashville lightning hot chicken was so spicy I loved it so much, it got me sweating and the coleslaw was a perfect way to cool it down. Food was 100% amazing but we went an hour before a raptors game and we?re struggling to get the bill in time, they may need to lay on more wait staff
