Nando's Newmarket

We frequently dine at this restaurant and always receive excellent service and delicious Nando's chicken. The atmosphere is always upbeat, cool, and relaxed. We visit this restaurant at least once a month and highly recommend it.

You can never go wrong here - the food is always excellent and the service is exceptional. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Today, I went to this restaurant with my family. It was just average. The staff member was very rude and could benefit from some training on how to communicate with customers. The quality of the food also seemed to have been compromised. We won't be returning to Nandos. Goodbye.

Terrible Service. Lunchtime Sunday we arrived and orders 2 chicken burgers before seeing a movie. Not too hard however 30 minutes later we were still waiting. My wife's burger had been cooked and prepared and sat on the serving counter for 15 minutes going cold, and they had not even cooked my burger. The movie was 10 minutes away from starting so we requested a credit, and left. It was not busy when we arrived, and you wouldn't think that preparing 2 chicken burgers would be too hard. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Worst Nandos I've been to. Everything was dirty cutlery, tables, glasses, dirty plates still left on tables. We picked up a warm bottle of table water and realised there were floating bits in it. We told a staff member who just took the bottle from us, didn't apologise, didn't give us a new bottle and didn't check any of the other bottles on the side. Pretty gross. Devoid of atmosphere, no music and surly staff. Burger and pitta were drowned in mayo. Bad.
