I can't complain this is for sure a go to spot for me and my family the food is delicious and very reasonable prices

The food is always burnt or reheated. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I am so angry at this restaurant that I am beyond the beyonds. I stopped in today to order the lunch special of spareribs with the bone, white rice and wonton soup, plus an egg roll. I purchased this for my dinner not for lunch. So when I opened the container and looked at the spare ribs there were three, small ribs that looked like charcoal briquets. How they could have the nerve to serve this to a customer I don't know. I couldn't bring them back to show them, I was starving and especially looking forward to having a delicious dinner. When I ordered my lunch order the woman behind the counter told me it would take 15 minutes for the spareribs to cook so I went for a walk. Fifteen minutes maybe for fresh ribs but not for OLD ones they were reheating. I won't be ordering from Ming Moon in the future.

Have ordered take out from this business since 2014. Ordered this evening at 6:45pm, wasn’t delivered until 9:25pm. Originally used the website to order online (at 6:45pm) and according to the person we spoke to on the phone (around 8:15pm) they “missed” our order causing this delay. Based on another review from last week they are under new management. On top of the long wait, the food unfortunately wasn’t to the previous quality. On a positive note It was the same delivery person we’ve had multiple times in the past and she is top notch and was apologetic and is very professional. Hopefully they can work out the kinks and we would possibly consider giving them another chance in the future.
