フィードバックを提供するThis is my complain that I sent to YP Harrisburg I went to your bar Saturday April 9th and had a less than optimal experience. The bar tender made very little attempt to serve me. I waited at two different areas of the bar to attract her attention. But she refused to make eye contact, did side tasks and talked with and served other customers. Only when someone who knew her yelled how about serving him did I receive reluctant service. My wife arrived later than i had hoped and tried at 10:53 to order food, but was told kitchen 's closed while other people were still served. The bar tender obviously wanted to leave early. We were in the side room watching sports and playing pool and without a word the bar tender came in and used a remote to turn off the TV. A few minutes later my daughter tried to order a drink and was told I already called last call . My daughter closed out my tab on my card but didnt leave a tip. I had a cash tip ready for the bar tender. The bar tender then came into the pool room and yelled at us for not leaving a tip on the card and told us to never come back! I left a cash tip anyway... which I probably shouldn 't have done. I don 't get it?....
Food is good and atmosphere is pleasant. Great place to relax and have a few drinks.
Let me tell them that next time we are in harrisburg near hampton hospitable, we are definitiw back to this place, it is so cool and exciting and the people here we are so amazing and wonderful! to our waitress you were amazing and nice person and you put me a smile on my face and also the food was delicious and it filled me? I hope to see you again soon!
Do not get the hamburger. it tasted. he spoke to the manager, was defensiw, contemplating and an arrogant attitude. I really had to pay for the burger. was said I should have ordered one of their better meals?. I hope the owner can see what's going on.
Rode my motorcycle from kanada to myrtle beach south carolina. this pub was half a station. beer was cold (as it should be wings we are huge and very good. the hire of the staff was terrible. they could not take care of customers or services less. years ago the staff were so friendly, pleasant and welcoming....not so now. fast forward 1-week. my return bike trip (sc to Canada). again ride 11 hours and the only place near the hotel, so I gave him another shot. cold beer....but a “Chicken caesar salad” was for a sweat. day old salad, cubed processed huh smaller than the bagged croutons, 3 big wobble slices and a quarter of the bottle “Greek” dressing poured everywhere, floating. absolutely disgusting. I gave it back. even the waitress realized that it was bad (a good waitress would not even have served it). then the chef (manager? came 15 minutes later to ask about the salat (at least he asked. But to explain the terrible quality, it certainly shows that he has no idea about the preparation or quality of food. he agreed to a lot of dressing, but went on to refer to the challenges of food supply (I don't give a damn about the demands of the restaurants, just serve high-quality food or don't serve food time. but I explained how a fresh chicken caesar salad should look. make yourself a fallen skip this place! best if they just pack a lunch in their saddle bags. also days later it would be fresher.
