Greggs Newcastle - Newcastle upon Tyne

We ordered a pizza combo from Greggs at 1:20 am on 03.09.23 and some of the items were missing. A gentleman called to let us know that he would correct the order. He was extremely courteous and helpful, although we did not get his name. A big thank you to him for his kindness.

I wish I could give a rating of zero. The delivery person from Greggs went to the restroom, urinated all over the floor and toilet seat, and did not flush or wash his hands. This is unacceptable for customers receiving their food from him.

The restaurant wasn't very clean, as all tables needed to be wiped down, but all pastries were piping hot, which is not something I am used to in the South. Quick, cheap, and easy food options.

Walking down Grainger Street my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this Greggs outlet, a very good choice. Your typical Greggs, neat and tidy, a glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer, really nice staff. I went up the counter and got 4 sausage rolls 4 sausage rolls for £3 ,great value for money service was quick and the sausage rolls were fantastic, in my opinion the best sausage rolls in the United Kingdom, we really enjoyed our snack in here before we moved on and for a first time visit to this particular Greggs we were impressed, its easy to locate along Grainger Street, most definitely well worth checking out if you're feeling peckish.

Only Greggs which serves Coffee in a mug. Good value for money. I regularly go for breakfast. Reasonable size cafe area.
