Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Newcastle

All the chicken dishes are excessively salty. I spoke to the store manager about it, but she didn’t seem to care, as the chicken was still salty.

Always good food. Service at this location is bit slow and sometimes they mix and give stale biscuits which I don't like.

I must say that this restaurant has the worst customer service I have encountered anywhere. With over 15 years of experience in customer service myself, I have never seen such poor treatment of customers. This isn't just a one-time issue; it happens every time I visit. There are no smiles or any kind of welcoming atmosphere at all.

The manager and staff are professionally trained to ensure customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with my experience at Popeyes in Newcastle, as the food is always fresh and delicious. They consistently assist us in finding great deals on chicken. My daughter and wife are eager to return for another enjoyable experience at this fast-food restaurant. The establishment is also very clean and the staff is polite. I truly appreciate them!

I cannot understand the girl taking the orders what so ever! She has a thick Indian accent and does not articulate very well! She was irritated and rude because I had to make her repeat multiple times. Hands me my bad of food withouth even asking if it was to eat in or out. I get told forks are there.. rudely. No thank you or have a good day nothing. She also seems to be allergic to smiling. I understand it's hard to get good staff.. but her customer service is HORRIBLE
