McDonald's - Newcastle

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant with welcoming staff. It was a pleasant break from other places in Toronto. They offer vegetarian options like vegan fries.

The customer service at this restaurant has significantly declined. The atmosphere is depressing for someone from Generation X. It should go back to being a fun place for kids and bring back the friendly smiles. Life is tough enough, no need to make it worse.

On Saturday, October 7th at 7am, cruisernation1882 ordered a hash brown and a medium double double.

The bathrooms were disgusting and looked like they haven't been cleaned in days. The high chairs were wrapped up like they were clean, but they were still covered on old food. I didn't even want to change my kids diaper here.Kid-friendliness: Highchairs were not cleaned and covered in food.

Ordered a double Big Mac before hopping on the 115, finally opened up my burger half way through my drive to find only a bottom bun with lettuce and one patty. No top bun or extra patties.Thanks for the laugh
