Mod Pizza - Newbury Park

I had a terrible pizza experience last weekend with a group of six. The lemonade machine was broken, and the pizza dough machine was out of order, so the dough was flattened by hand. While I usually love their thin crust, this time it was far too thick and tasted more like a biscuit. I won’t be returning.

We really enjoy this MOD location. We've visited several times, and the atmosphere is spacious and inviting. We always look forward to our next trip!

Not thrilled with this place. The dough tastes like cardboard (Blaze Pizza has a good crust) hardly any toppings. Talk about cheap. I would have had a better pizza if I bought a frozen pizza and cooked it at home. Oh well. Lesson learned. I won't beback. Service was ok. But we had to wait for our pizzas after arriving at the set pick up time. It happens, especially aroundthe dinner rush. Understandable. But no one greeted us. It just seemed like everyone there was unhappy to be there. LOL Prettysad. And the restaurant was just a basic fast food style restaurant. Nothing stood out or made me feel like I wanted to stickaround and eat my food there. Try harder people.

The staff here is fantastic, especially Laura and Ashley. I love the "have it your way" pizza option. There's convenient free parking right off the freeway.

Came here today to try the new Cheesey Backyard Burger Pizza. That was good! I liked that one. The meat was seasoned the crust was delicious. Arugula, mozzarella, cheddar, seasoned ground beef, sliced tomatoes, zesty pickle chips and roma ranchdressing. We ordered online, so when we walked it we were greeted warmly by multiple employees our pizza was hot, fresh ready. We ate inside the nice cool restaurant were there are plenty of clean tables that ate so inviting. Thank you for goodquality food, happy employees clean tables.
