Pizza Hut - Newburgh

We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza was delicious, but unfortunately, the mozzarella sticks were soggy and had to be discarded.

I spent $70 on a meal at this restaurant. The broth sticks were burned and lacked any desired spiciness or flavor. They were too hard to even eat. The boneless wings were also extremely tough. The pizza arrived cold. Overall, our dinner was a disappointment. I will not be ordering from here again. Additionally, I was charged an extra $8.00 for reasons that were not explained to me. The food was inedible and the only positive aspect was the friendly service from the staff.

The meal arrived earlier than expected, it was delicious and the service was fantastic. The staff were very friendly.

I ordered a simple cake-cheese-bread sticks every day for the last 7 or 8 weeks, and on the last weekend literally burned everything so much, it was all completely inedible. but they have paid us the money back in full. I've never had a problem. Sometimes you just have a bad apple, hopefully it is. but one must think that someone removed the cake from the often, saw that he was most likely burned, and then cut into 8 slices, which means that there is no possibility that they did not see how burned it was, so it was somehow dirty. unfortunately there is no other pizza hat something close. but I will hope that this was one and hope that it won't happen again, and in any case check the job before I pick it up. sa la vie!

What the hell is it with these long wait times?! It’s now 40 minutes of waiting. If you can’t produce orders at a reasonable time then hire more staff or get more ovens!! I’m going to dominoes from now on.
