The reason I give this one star is because they forget my mac n cheese and fries

Always missing at least part of my order. Today's missing items were silverware for my Famous Bowl, and my drink. Which I could see sitting right next to the drive thru window!Waited 5 minutes to get my drink because I was ignored. Never did get my silverware (ill take blame for not double checking)Customer service is below minimum, and usually crabby. Not sure whats going on there.Food is good, just maybe not worth the missing stuff and bad service.Also, replace the dang speakers! My fiance had to repeat himself 4 times.

Great food, the workers try to make everything as fast as possible!

The employees are very rude. They talk how they want and don’t care if customers are hearing it. The food is cold by the time I got it. I went through a couple weeks ago and you hear yelling out the window of the drive thru. It takes forever to get through the drive thru or the inside. I don’t understand why they think it’s ok. When you have an issue some of the employees aren’t that nice about it either. Sad when I recommend a place to eat with someone and then get that kind of service. Never again..

For a double restaurant chain. Why would you not be able to make a order in the lobby. Instead they want you to sit in the drive thru line that is so long it's out into the road. It is not a one time occasion. I see this on a regular. You can't let a line go out into a city street cause you don't want to take orders at the counter. It's 2 restaurants in one and one way to order? Really? That's sad keep your lobby open later. If you say it's lack of employees well maybe you aren't treating people right for them to stay. Come on get it together. It's sad.
