Best egg sandwich hands down ! And great almond croissants and cappuccino. Their soups are great too!

On this visit, the lady was unhelpful and was not at all interested in me as a customer. I have been before and the younger lady was lovely.

The staff was unfriendly and the latte I ordered was disappointing. I would recommend getting a coffee from a convenience store instead. Additionally, the prices are quite high for what you get.

Many people like to criticize Pret, but I believe it's one of the best options for a quick bite to eat, whether it's a sandwich, soup, salad, yogurt, or fruit—especially at an Interstate rest area. The variety of sandwiches is unique and delicious. My personal favorites are the Caprese baguette and the chicken salad on regular bread. They also serve excellent soups, fresh salads, and tasty sides, not to mention their refreshing lemonade. While their coffee isn't the best, you really shouldn't be drinking coffee with sandwiches anyway. I highly recommend checking this place out; it significantly outshines the usual fast-food offerings found at rest areas. Plus, it's a healthier choice!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The coffee is terrible—no exaggeration. They got my order wrong the first time, and the second time was even worse, featuring a lovely hair in my drink. I can't comment on the food, but the coffee is just awful. I would not recommend this place.
