Can’t believe they had to close dining room for lack of staff. So upset.

I had to wait a long time, service was slow, and I received the wrong order. This restaurant could use some improvement, like many others.

The drive-thru line moved quickly. The three pieces of fish and side dishes I ordered were very good. However, like everything else, the prices were a bit high.

They messed my order up and the newark ohio restaurant number is no longer in service when I call to make complaint....

Upon entering the restaurant, we opted not to dine there due to its lack of cleanliness. The empty parking lot led us to believe this may have been the reason.

The Swai fish currently being served is not good. It tastes like freezer burnt. Please return to using your original fish.

This place has turned around into the Captain Ds it use to be. Good Food at a good price. Nice and clean too.

They have really cheapened up their tartar sauce take takes away from the entire meal ??
