Jitters Coffee - Newalla

The barista, who is also the manager, was the nicest barista I've ever met. She was energetic and kind, went through all the menu specials, and checked in on me to see if I needed anything. The coffee is great and atmosphere is very clean and laid back. Highly recommend!

Randomly decided to stop here before my dr appointment and this place blew me away! the latte I ordered was made so well and tasted amazing. I also ordered the breakfast burrito, and it was 10382x better than I had anticipated! The service was also great and the girls were so kind. 10/10, check this place out!

We had the most amazing customer service this afternoon!! The manager was carrying 4 gallons of milk arrived at the front door at the same time as us but refused to let us hold the door for her insisted we go first! After being there 5 minutes my 1 year old knocked my cup over spilled coffee everywhere. The manager immediately ran over with a mop cleaned it up asked me what my order was so they could make me a fresh drink. She also sweetly encouraged me about spills while tending to the mess. She later insisted on getting my son a cup of water she made it special with blue edible glitter a fun straw! What a wonderful experience!!

I like the atmosphere, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I love the delicious homemade lemon cranberry muffin they have for the month ?. Will definitely return ????
