Five Guys - Newalla

Just paid $25 for a bacon burger (no cheese) a small fry and 2 large drinks... I get it if it was on point, but this was not on point. Fries were completely oil slicked and undercooked. just floppy oil soaked gross. On top of that it seemed like they must've decided to just add some of the fryer oil to the bag which broke through. Burger wrapper was just coated in oil. Luckily they added a few napkins in the bag to clean up my car.Im sure other locations must be great considering the expensive cost, which for fresh beef is expected. But with this outcome I would have been better off spending 1/3rd of the price at jack in the box to essentially have the same meal.

One of my favorite burger places. The burger is juice! I love the buns too! Remember to order the Cajun fries, it’s amazing!
