Starbucks - New York City

This was the worst Starbucks in midtown east. Stuff wasn't friendly and the store was a little dirty.Food: 3/5

The people who work there are extremely lazy. I told them not to put any ice in my matcha green tea latte and they put ice in it anyways. When I told them that I didn’t want any ice in my latte, they had an attitude. There was so much ice in my drink that the the actual liquid alone only filled half of my cup. Instead of making my drink properly, she pours my drink into another cup while leaving out the ice, puts a bunch of whip cream on top and gives it to me. I didn’t ask for a bunch of whip cream, I paid for a grande sized drink. Why should I have to pay for the price of a grande when I only got half of the drink?! And this isn’t the first time they messed up my orders! Horrible service, horrible drinks, never going back there again!

Pleasant experience, while visiting this place. It was.warm friendly environment. .I was greeted by a friendly staff member who asked what you like to drink and eat.. My order was done in quick ly and professional manner. I was surprised how much I enjoyed eating and drinking at this location on Lexington Avenue. ??

The space is too packed and it's hard to find a seat at midday. I only order regular coffee here, but it's not possible to sit down to do any work in your computer as the seats are always full. It's best to visit either very early or later in the day after work if you want to find a seat.

Karina is an amazing employee has awesome customer service skills! Love when she’s there. Mac is awesome too!
