Starbucks - New York City

I had to enquire about my order as noone was making my drinks only to be told they have been made already and at the end of the desk. apparently my name was called. however, if the music wasn't soo loud I may have heard my name and my own conversation I was trying to have. turn it down and speak up would be better service

We had literally every morning breakfast in this Starbucks. All staff are friendly even in busy time slots! Chapeau!!

I had no I dea that starbucks trained their employees to insult their customers!?! Highly offensive! I posted this all-over social media, I hope the news gets on it.

My son I decided to use this place as our end of evening meeting place on Broadway as he had gone off to a show and I went to the cinema nearby. I got there ahead of our agreed meeting time but not that long before they closed this place – a surprising time of 22:00...Anyway, I elected for my favourite Starbucks special, their Chocolate Java Mint Frapuccino and made it last as I did the essential people watching from a stool at the window looking out onto the street. Oh, and the restrooms are OK if you find the code to get in. And my son made it here just before they closed.

I ordered a latte and that was made fresh. However, an acquaintance joined me was displeased with the cold drip coffee which the server obliged and made a fresh pot. This Starbucks is conveniently located next to a hotel that does kit have a restaurant or food service so at least the Starbucks is right next door for morning coffee. The ambience is good for a Starbucks. Note the photo of the beautiful panting.
