Papa Johns Pizza - New York City

Imagine being pregnant and hungry late at night waiting on your food to be uber for over an hour!!! I called the restaurant at 10:50 pm to check on the status of my order and the man who answered completely just hung up the phone on me TWICE.. I will becontacting corporate IT IS NOT OKAY TO PLAY WITH PEOPLES FOOD, TIME, AND HUNGER!!!

My pizza was delivered partially uncut, cold, and with half of the toppings to the side (literally not even cheese on half the pizza) and I paid $30 for a single Papa Johns pizza

Both pizzas were dry, had very little sauce, and were served cold.

The Cheesy Calzone Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza was fantastic! It’s especially great with Chicken and Pepperoni as toppings! The BBQ Wings were also excellent, cooked and sauced to perfection.

The wait time was very frustrating. I placed my order online, went to pick it up, and still ended up waiting over 30 minutes before receiving my order.
