Oscar's Place - New York City

This is probably one of the village's well kept secrets. Don't expect a fancy place, but the location has a great atmosphere. We came in by chance, looking for a quick beer and a quick bite. While the places round Christopher street were all totally busy, we had a nice table in here, very friendly and helpful service, great beer, and the food was outstanding. I will definitely return.

Lovely place. I’ve been trying to find a great British spot for ages and this is the one! Got a full English breakfast, spot on, and my girlfriend got the smoked salmon benedict, spot on. The atmosphere is really nice, cozy place, service is great. And finally, the owner is lovely, friendly and funny.

Such a gem! Delicious, attentive service, adorable, and always a seat available.
