I do not appreciate DD spreading lies and misinformation. You are a private place and can implement any rules you want. You can also follow mandates, if you want to stay operational. But you cannot call unconditional mandates law. Mandates are not law. Themask mandate was not even voted on by a parliament. So, please do not spread lies. The mask mandate is an unconstitutionalmandate created by fearmongering tyrants that you need to follow to stay operational. Thats what it is.

I don?t like giving bad reviews but my experience today was horrible! The cashier was rude to me and to other customer and he got my order so wrong. I understand he was the only one working at the moment but that doesn?t give you the right to treatothers badly. I read other reviews and it seems like it?s been like this for a while. Not cool! Be a little bit nicer it costsnothing.

I really dislike this place. I often find myself waiting for a long time because the staff in the morning are always chatting with each other or busy cleaning in the back. It's frustrating to wait 15 minutes just for a medium coffee and one hash brown.

We’ve ordered from this Dunkin' via Uber Eats a few times, and each experience has been pleasant. It’s definitely the best Dunkin' in NYC!

I genuinely wanted to enjoy Dunkin, but my experience fell short. On my first visit, my order was wrong, and on my second visit, although the order was accurate, it was still poorly prepared. I wouldn't recommend it, especially since there are plenty of other coffee shops just a block or two away.
