Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York City

A Chip-otle off the old block... Looks like this one is gonna survive Covid. Which is a good thing because so many other lunch and dinner places on this side of mid Town have given up the ghost. But the lo action remains weird. Strange seating...and not much of it. And short hours...but still one of the latest opening places in the area. Which ain 't saying much ... Nyc has poukipsie hours these days!

Closed for just take out only and only had 1 person working on order at lunch time. Completely disorganized.

The young lady's customer service wasn't very pleasant at all. Food was fresh

Staff is incredibly fast. However, the chips were stale(inedible) and they ran out of steak and chicken during the lunch rush (took 5-10 min to finish cooking more). Recommend going somewhere else.

Posted open time is 10:45. Crowd standing in front at 11:05 on 6/28/22 and multiple staff members inside ignoring everyone knocking on the door.
