Serafina Upper West - New York

Inattentive service. Waited about 20 minutes for someone to come to or even near the table so we could get the check.

When we arrived their screen said that we had already arrived and been seated. The restaurant seated people in our reservation but blamed it on being double booked. When in reality they sat people under my reservation. Restaurant did not apologize. Sat us in the outdoor part of the restaurant (when we booked indoors) where there were not enough heaters so people were cold. However, our servers were great.
