フィードバックを提供するI personally wouldn’t make a special trip just to come here. However, at 11 PM after a show when I was looking for dinner, this place turned out to be a lifesaver. The food was excellent! The service was decent. Overall, it’s a reliable spot if you need a meal, and it’s unlikely to let you down!
Best fish n chips, excellent chili, very very good cheeseburger, nice efficient wait staff, good restrooms. Pasta iffy but the rest kinda great.
The food was decent overall. My crab Benedict was delightful, but some other dishes, like the key lime pie, fell short. The service was efficient, but at times it felt a bit lacking in warmth. Being in New York, a city rich in linguistic diversity, I understand that many ESL immigrants may not have a perfect command of English. However, I do expect cab drivers to recognize key locations and all restaurant staff to know the basics, such as what a spoon is. I've taken the time to learn some basic Spanish and actively listen to ESL staff, so I hope to see them reciprocate by listening carefully to their customers and using phrases like, "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that. Could you please repeat it?"
The food was ok. My friend ordered home fries and got hash browns, and when we pointed this out, they were unapologetic. No one asked how we were after plates were set down. No coffee/tea refills because no one came near our table that I could request it from. Noise level from people talking (at 2am) was deafening.
Johana and the staff are the reason I’ll be back. Thank you everyone
