Classic UES Italian with some twists, excellent food and service and decent wine prices to boot!

Food was excellent, great section on vegetarian and meat dishes which is a big plus for me and my wife.

I started off with the lentil soup $17), which the waiter said was the special of the day. It was good, but nothing special, meaning that I have had much better before elsewhere. My main course was grilled salmon $36.50) that came with mustard sauce, which I asked to be served on the side. The salmon was grilled to the way I like it, medium-rare, as requested. It was good but nothing special. A nice feature I noticed was the way they celebrate a guest's birthday. It seems to be a recorded happy birthday recording that they play that can be heard throughout the whole restaurant.

I had the pleasure of visiting this elegant and sophisticated Italian restaurant for lunch recently, and it was a delightful experience from the moment I entered until the moment I left. The restaurant's interior was tastefully decorated, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxed and intimate—perfect for enjoying a leisurely lunch. The staff was attentive and well trained, providing great service throughout. The Carpaccio di Manzo, a dish I tried as an appetizer, was truly delightful the flavors were exquisite. As for the main course I had the homemade Ravioli which was outstanding. For those seeking a sophisticated Italian culinary experience, I recommend this restaurant, whether it be for lunch, special occasions, or simply when you want to treat yourself. The overall experience was exceptional, and I look forward to my next visit.
