Morton's The Steakhouse Midtown Manhattan

I love Morton's and look forward to my visits here. The service is always excellent and the managers come by to make sure the meal is going well, as expected. This visit included a challenging delivery of a filet, cooked medium, to my specifications. First round it was very well done, next round raw, then a few more tries. I appreciated all of the concern and care to meet my request, but this trip sadly didn't go as anticipated. All of the other fixings were delicious, as was dessert. I won't hesitate to go back again because sometimes it just doesn't come out right. They deserve another shot.

I always enjoy coming to Morton's for dinner. Love the ambiance and decor. Haven't been here since pre pandemic.. Overall service dining was good. However, it could have been better. I have had better in the past visits. 1) Per my reservation I indicated I am an LSC member and it was for my birthday and restaurant week. I was not greeted as an LSC member. Not a biggie but I did put in the reservation that I made that it was my for my bday...the special menu just said Happy Birthday without my name disappointed. They could have re printed the menu...which was done in the past. 2) Server must be new forgot a couple times to bring new silverware and had to be asked twice. 3) Lobster ravioli dinner portion was very disappointing esp for the price (w/ or w/o restaurant week) 3 pieces really? $26 for 3 pieces and appetizer portion is $19 It was sadly not a filling dish. It wasn't very filled nor filling. Sadly I would not order this again. 4) Every other time I was here, I would get a complimentary picture and dessert which I did not get esp being an LSC member. even if not there used to be both. Nor a bday candle (no candle is fine given pandemic) 5) I was charged $6 for TG Garlic Butter after I said no butter needed. It was not even in the to go bag with bread I had asked to pack. I didn't notice on the receipt until after I got home. Definitely some training and due diligence needed. Complimentary bread was good to start off with while waiting for appetizers... Proscuitto wrapped mozzarella and cup of lobster bisque were good. Filet mignon and sides were delicious... dessert were ok.

Great steak and sides, excellent service. Ambiance a little loud, birthday party next door controlled the noise level for the floor.

30th Burt for my daughter. The staff was wonderful took a photo of our table gave it to her within a frame with birthday wishes. She was thrilled! They made it a very special occasion!

Very nice and tasty place. Very high quality meat and other dishes. Very pleasant stuff, especially : manager Sergey Bezrukov, waiters Ekatherina and Lora! Every time they can find for you place and give you write advice what to choose. Real New York spirit is there!!!
