The food is excellent, but I've been here for a while and the customer service deserves zero stars. I'm not sure why they have young girls at the register who clearly don’t know how to interact with customers.

The sandwiches here are quite good and come in generous portions. During lunchtime, you might experience some delays with your order, but the wait is worth it as they know how to put together a delicious sandwich. The bread was decent, although it could have had a bit more flavor. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. The Italian sub is particularly outstanding, and the chicken parmesan features just the right balance of chicken, sauce, and cheese.

I dined here with my friends and my toddler. They had high chairs available, and I was able to customize a sandwich for him. I ordered from the menu, and it was decent. They offered a wide variety of items, so I would definitely go back to try something different. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

I'm borderline obsessed with the turkey and brie sandwich. The dried cranberries and granny smith apple add just the right amount of sweetness and tartness to the savory flavor of the roasted turkey and brie. I alternate between two locations on Columbus Avenue on the UWS. They haven't let me down yet. The restaurants are well maintained, the service is fast and efficient, and the staff is courteous and friendly.
