This was an overall awesome experience, the food, the drinks, and the ambience was so wonderful. Wasn’t too crowded and had a great view from our table.
Horrible experience. Took 30 mins to get our drinks. When we finally did our 15 year old daughter was given alcohol in a strawberry lemonade. Then our appetizers came with our food 30 mins after our drinks. Hour to get food. Wasn’t even busy. Had to keep asking for our server. Food was horrible. Hot shrimp were cold. The burgers were gross. Very disappointing. We stayed at the hotel and were in a hurry so thought we’d just go eat at hotel real quick big disappointment. Skip and go else where.
We ate here in a trip to NYC and decided it was so good we had to come again. And the food was really good this time as well. But service wasn’t as good. We had to ask for water multiple times and when we were leaving, we were handed a device to pay for our bill. No paper copy and no explanation of how to use it. The menu said they charge a service fee for 8 or more and we were only 7. But we found a service charge already on the bill. And the device asks you to add gratuity. Very sneaky. And then once you figure out how to use your card to pay, it has no way to print a receipt. The option is grayed out. So I tried to add my email to get a receipt that way and it wouldn’t work. I called the waiter over and showed him it didn’t work. He couldn’t get it to work either and couldn’t print me a receipt. He played with it and told me it finally worked but alas, I have never received the receipt. Who knows who he sent it to but it wasn’t to my email. It all made me very uncomfortable!! Will go again because the food was good but cash only!!
We went for breakfast and the food was ok, just ok. The server wasn't attentive at all. It was clean and beautifully decorated.
