Hop Won Express - New York

I got the bourbon chicken and it was literally the driest chicken I have ever tasted. They either gave me chicken that's been sitting around all day long OR they overcooked it. It's so tough to chew. Never again.

Not authentic bourbon chicken rice is undercooked :

Delivered very fast. Food is great. But even their Roast pork has rice inside their picture. There is no rice included.

The American Chinese restaurant offers well-prepared dishes with generous portions. The service is quick and the prices are affordable for the area. The atmosphere is tidy but not overly impressive. The restrooms are clean.

The food was delicious, but the woman at the register was extremely impolite. When I requested ginger sauce, she attempted to charge me an additional dollar. I have ordered the same dish every week and have never been charged extra before.
