Dunkin' - New York

I grabbed a cheap cup of coffee to go. It had some caffeine, but it wasn't anything special—just mediocre.

The manager is impressive. my ticket said his name was tariq, but he would have been logged in to the register among others. He helped me with a catering order waiting for me when I came there this morning. when I stood in the line, I heard his interactions with his customers and he literally vowed something about everyone; sandwich no cheese, mandelmilch correct?, they don't come on Thursday morning was a talk with another hospitable. how really impressive hospitality. I'm in biz, so he thought he deserved a scream. very efficient, very friendly. dunkin takes with, how these are hard to find.

This deserves a 5-star rating when compared to other Dunkin' Donuts, though not necessarily other coffee shops in the West Village. They are extremely quick at getting orders out.

I placed my order through the Dunkin app, but when I arrived to pick it up, the staff seemed completely confused about my order. The food I received was COLD, even though I arrived just 10 minutes after placing it. My drink order was also missing. One of the employees informed me with a bit of an attitude that they didn’t have matcha, despite the app indicating it was available. When I requested a refund, she told me to call the 800 number but didn't know what it was. I asked if I could get a substitute, maybe some tea, and she suggested iced coffee instead. Since I don't drink coffee, it was too early to get into an argument, so I reluctantly accepted the iced coffee. What a frustrating experience!

Very friendly staff thank you for being open for us. They always greet you with a smile. They know the order before you even get a chance to say hi!
