Chopt Creative Salad Co. - New York

Ordering at this restaurant is quite stressful. Perhaps it's the location, but it feels very hectic, making it difficult to hear or see what’s going on. The grains I had were unpleasant, with half of them being hard and undercooked.

The salads are expertly chopped and taste incredibly fresh and delicious. I also recommend trying their wraps; they are quite good as well!

Why so serious? The staff seem as if they've been forced to be there. They won’t offer any information, so make sure to ask questions. Also, they don’t accept cash.

Ordered the warm bowl chicken tenga, pretty good spicy dressing. More grains then greens, I would request less grains next time.

I love Chopt salads. This store in particular was very clean, staff was very professional and kind. The cashier Jennifer Hidalgo was so kind, patient and sweet. This store is cashless and, I forgot my cc. My Chopt app was troubleshooting. Jennifer waited for me, and try to help in every possible way. I truly appreciate Jennifer’s customer service high level. My app finally worked and I got my delicious salad. Thanks again Jennifer
