フィードバックを提供するI went to this restaurant with my cousin expecting good service, but we were extremely disappointed. They gave us a table right away without mentioning that they did not accept cash payment. When we tried to pay, we were told we could not pay with cash. The employee started speaking Spanish to us, assuming we understood, but we did not. Despite the confusion, we tried to handle the situation professionally. However, they refused to accept cash because they did not have change. We made it clear that we were not happy with this policy. We decided to go to a different Chipotle location nearby, where we received much better service. This experience has turned me off from ever visiting a Chipotle again.
I wanted to give 5 stars, but I am rating 0 stars because of the extremely rude Spanish lady who works there. The other workers provide good service, but this particular lady is rude, unprofessional, and overall unpleasant. I hope she sees my review and improves her behavior. Unfortunately, I cannot give a higher rating due to her poor service. It's a shame that such behavior could potentially drive customers away from the store.
We requested accurate change but were told they did not have any for $5. Despite other customers before me being able to pay exact change or overpayment, we were not able to receive our juice and chips that come with the meal. Additionally, there was no napkins provided. Overall, there is a better Chipotle just a few blocks away.
Amazing service and tasty eating, especially the steak! it is the best almost food in the usa! the personal has decorated my order halfway away and the steak tablet was empty, we waited for 3 minutes, and the personal has shaken a new bowl because the previous dish was cold, that is a five-star service for me!
Excellent as always. On the list' for our NY break and was as good as we had hoped.Awesome flavours, huge serving, nice people.
